ASKUR London Dry Gin
70cl / 37.50% - ASKUR is a well-travelled London dry gin. The base spirit is made from wheat grown in France's Champagne region, where its seven times column distilled. A selection of six botanicals from around the world are distilled in the UK to create a clean tasting gin distillate. There's juniper from the Balkans, cassia from China, citrus from Spain, Angelica from France/Belgium, Eastern European coriander, and Mediterranean liquorice. The distillate is then blended with pure Icelandic water, prized for its low mineral count and high PH, allowing the botanicals to flourish. The base spirit is carbon filtered, then blended with the gin distillate before it's rectified in Iceland, and finished with Icelandic water.
