70cl / 48.40% - In 2026, Cara Laing celebrated 20 years as the managing director of family-owned independent whisky bottler, Douglas Laing. To mark the occasion, she personally selected a series of casks to join the Old Particular collection. This single malt was distilled at Jura in 2008 and spent the next 15 years maturing in a single refill hogshead. A total of 297 bottles were drawn from the cask, laden with layers of creamy grist and vanilla, honeyed sweetness, spiced fruit, and Scottish tablet.
