Its smoky whisky but not as you know it.Instead of peat, the manuka smoke gives the spirit a resinous, peppery, and deeply herbal edge, balanced by citrus sweetness and bright tropical fruit. Only 270 bottles exist, bottled at a robust 50.8% ABV, making this a rare glimpse into New Zealands most distinctive style of single malt.
