75cl / 12.00% - This elegant English sparkling wine hails from the sun-kissed slopes of Dorset, just a few miles inland from the Jurassic Coast. Made exclusively from Furleigh Estates own vineyards, this 2019 vintage blends the three classic Champagne grapes Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay all hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed to extract only the finest juice. After primary fermentation, the wine is matured on its lees for at least 18 months before disgorgement and a final two-month rest in bottle following dosage (10g/L).
