70cl / 45.60% - A fully organic single grain whisky from the Circumstance distillery in Bristol. This batch is distilled from a combo of 70% organic malted wheat and 30% organic malted barley, fermented for 14 days on a Bavarian wheat yeast. It was distilled through Circumstance's copper hood and four-plate column still before maturing for a total of 44 months in a combo of bourbon barrels and new Andean oak casks. A release of 298 bottles.
