This solera-matured stunner is a proper blend with a proper breakdown: Guyana and Barbados lead the charge, with a dash of high-ester Jamaican pot still funk. Aged in bourbon casks seasoned with Pedro Ximenez and oloroso, then matured through a three-tier solera system for layered depth. No sugar or filtration here.
