70cl / 52.20% - Ardbeg Eureka. is a tribute to its loyal Committee and its 200,000-strong membership on the 25th anniversary of its founding. The Ardbeg Committee was created to ensure a network of support for the Islay distillery so it would never close again and the brand rewards members each year with special bottlings like Eureka.To create this release, Ardbeg asked a select group (100 members from 15 different countries) from the Committee to go to a hidden corner of the Distillery on Ardbeg Day 2023 and participate in an experiment named Operation Smokescreen. There they tasted and discussed five extreme (and secret) examples of Ardbeg and the findings were sent to the sensory laboratory.
