70cl / 47.00% - A limited-edition Irish single malt, the 2010 Cognac Cask from Bushmills was initially matured in a combo of oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels. After seven years, it was transferred to Limousin oak Cognac casks for a further five years of finishing. This generous length of time added deep layers of flavour to this robust, non-chill-filtered release, which was bottled at cask strength.
