Daftmill 15 Year Old 2009 Fife Strength Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 56.30% - Daftmill 15 Year Old is a milestone release from the Lowland farm distillery, its first 15-year-old age statement single malt. Distilled in June, July and August 2009 from Optic barley grown in the south fields of the farm, this whisky was aged predominately in first-fill bourbon barrels, although for the first time a Pedro Ximenez cask features in a Daftmill release. The casks were matured in the lower level of warehouse 2 before being bottled in December 2024 at 56.3% ABV.
