Nc'nean Cask Strength Organic Single Malt Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 59.50% - Ncnean has announced a new addition to its permanent range with a cask-strength single malt. Made from organic Scottish barley, this single malt was fermented with Anchor and Fermentis yeasts and then matured in a mix of 55% STR (shaved, toasted, and re-charred) red wine barriques, 43% American oak whiskey barrels, 2% oloroso sherry casks. It was bottled at 59.5% ABV, non-chill filtered, and with its natural colour.Every bottle is certified organic, suitable for vegans and gluten-free, having been made in Ncneans renewable energy-powered distillery, and is housed in a 100% recycled glass bottle.
