70cl / 40.00% - Prototype Gin is a premium craft gin inspired by the cities of London and New York. It's made in small batches using the traditional "one-shot" method and is a London Dry style gin. The botanical selection includes juniper berries, meadow flowers, citrus peel, cumin, and honey made by bees on the high line of down town New York City. Prototype Gin earned a Silver award at the International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC) in 2023.
