With notes of poached pears, vanilla, custard, and coconut, the folks at Scapegrace recommend this in their take on the classic Debonair cocktail. Stir 40ml whisky, 10ml ginger liqueur, and a pinch of salt with ice until chilled, strain into an ice-filled rocks glass, then garnish with a piece of grapefruit peel and a maraschino cherry.
