70cl / 48.00% - Hailing from the Morris distillery, this Australian single malt is produced with local ingredients in Rutherglen, Victoria and aged predominantly in French oak red wine casks. It's bolstered by a finish in the family's own fortified wine barrels, which previously held 15-year-old Morris Cellar Reserve Grand Topaque (Tokay), imparting rich layers of caramel, chocolate and coffee to the fruity malt at its core.
