70cl / 47.70% - This is the first organic whisky from Bristol's Circumstance distillery. The whisky is produced from a combo of organic malted, un-malted, and roasted barley, mashed and fermented for 14 days with a selection of saison, Belgian abbey, and strong ale yeast. It was distilled through Circumstance's copper hood and four-plate column still before maturing for 37 months in a selection of European oak, bourbon, and oloroso sherry-conditioned casks.
