70cl / 41.00% - Inspired by the distillerys history as a secret underground fuel depot, built in 1941, this Gold Spiced Rum from Distinct is a real corker. It was made using a custom fermentation process featuring a unique yeast recipe followed by an energy-efficient hybrid-distillation process from which the distillers select only the premium cuts. The rum is then infused with a delicate blend of spices.
