50cl / 49.20% - This single malt from Craigellachie spent 11 years maturing and was treated to a finish in a custom-made oloroso sherry octave, thanks to the gang at indie bottler Darkness. Octave casks are nice and little, ensuring plenty of interaction between the spirit and wood, and thus in this case, plenty of fruity, nutty oloroso influence.
