Outwalker Irish Blended Whiskey
70cl / 44.50% - Rugby union player Darren Cave and Sean Muldoon, owner of Dead Rabbit in New York City, have teamed up to create Outwalker Irish whiskey. Also enlisting the expertise of mixologist Jillian Vose, the team has created a blend of Irish whiskey made at the Great Nothern Distillery. This includes pot still whiskey aged in oloroso sherry casks, single malt aged in white Burgundy casks, grain whiskey aged in virgin American oak, and grain aged in rye casks.
