70cl / 52.00% - From Cardona Distillery comes The Falcon, a New Zealand single malt made from a vatting of three casks. This includes an oloroso butt, a bourbon barrel, and a Pinot Noir barrique, the former was filled in March 2016, and the latter two in May 2016. It was bottled at 52% ABV with no added colour or chill-filtration.
