This is a bit of a secret weapon if you want to add some extra complexity to classic gin cocktails (just wait until you try it in a Negroni), and it'll provide an excellent base camp for botanical explorations in other cocktail realms too. It's also cracking sipped neat as you would with other aged spirits, so what we're really saying is it's incredibly versatile, far more so than your regular gin.
