Makes the perfect Bramble cocktail.The Perfect Bramble- 50ml Hensol Castle Black Gin- 25ml lemon juice- 25ml sugar syrup- Creme de cassis (to drizzle)- Fresh blackberries (to garnish)Combine the first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and give it a good firm shake. Fill your serving glass with crushed ice and strain the mix from the shaker into the glass, then drizzle Creme de cassis on top and garnish with blackberries.
