Eminente Gran Reserva 10 Year Old Edition No.1 - French Oak Finish Dark Rum
70cl / 43.50% - Premium Cuban rum from Eminente here. The aguardiente was made from molasses distilled to 75% ABV (alcohol by volume) and then aged in white oak ex-whisky barrels before being blended and aged again with traditional light Cuban rum distilled to 95% ABV. For the first edition of Eminente Gran Reserva, the 10-year-old Cuban rum was then treated to a three-month finish in French oak barrels in a dry cellar.
