70cl / 46.00% - The second installment of Teeling's Rising Reserve series is a 21-year-old Irish single malt that spent its first 18 years maturing in bourbon barrels, before finishing in marsala wine casks. Three years finishing in the Sicilian fortified wine casks allowed plenty of time for the whiskey to adopt distinctive notes of dark fruit and spice, making for an impressive limited edition from the Dublin distillery.
