50cl / 19.50% - Harveys V.O.R.S. (meaning Vinum Optimum Rare Signatum, but often expressed in English as Very Old Rare Sherries) are a series of sherries that are certified to be more than 30 years of age by the Consejo Regulador de la Denominacion de Origin. This 30-year-old Palo Cortado was made using 98% Palomino and just a 2% dash of Pedro Ximenez, drawn from a solera founded in 1906.
