70cl / 45.00% - 13-year-old single malt from Aultmore, distilled in 2009 and initially matured in a refill bourbon barrel, before spending three years finishing in a St Joseph red wine cask. The result is a rich, fruity sipper, packed with currants and berries alongside rich, chocolatey malt. The cask was opened by Gordon & MacPhail in 2023, independently releasing a total of 2,034 bottles for its Connoisseurs Choice collection.
