Trinity Hill Gimblett Gravels Marsanne/Viognier 2018 White Wine
75cl / 13.50% - Gimbletts Gravels in New Zealand produces some superlative syrah in a peppery, fragrant Northern Rhone-style. So it's not so much of a surprise that it also producers excellent Rhone-esque white wines like this marsanne/ viognier blend. It's a rich, round wine that would particularly suit roast shoulder of pork especially if you've got some apples involved somewhere.
