75cl / 14.50% - Ridge is one of the most prestigious producers in California, if not the world. This is one of the more affordable wines in the the range. It's a 100% zinfandel from Dry Creek Valley in Sonoma County in the north of the state and shows how elegant and balanced this variety can be in the right hands. While delicious now, this will develop in bottle for ten years or more. We recommend decanting it before serving with rich spicy food.
