Dalmunach 7 Year Old 2016 (cask 1145) - The Cooper's Choice (The Vinta Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 58.50% - Delightful single malt from Dalmunach distillery here. We're seeing a few more single malts out and about now from the high-tech distillery, but it's still somewhat of a rare treat so this seven year old 2016 vintage is a welcome sight. Primarily matured in American oak, the single cask Scotch was then had a PX sherry finish before being bottled in 2023 by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for its The Cooper's Choice series. An outturn of 396 bottles, non-chill filtered and naturally coloured.
