70cl / 46.00% - A rather fascinating limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside's Benromach distillery, matured in virgin oak casks that were dried in the kiln. That's a contrast to air-drying the casks and Benromach has also released an edition where the casks were processed like that, offering a very interesting comparison into the effect this has on the final product.
