Big, bold, and robust, the influence of the old-school wormtub condenser brings generous helpings of meaty malt and oily nuts to the fore, while that sherry cask certainly isn't shy, imparting heaps of treacly caramel, candied citrus, and stewed fruit. Bottled at cask strength and without added colour just look at that deep, dark sherry hue.
