70cl / 41.50% - Botanique Botanical White Rum is very much a rum but is also, brilliantly, slightly like a gin. You know how gin is made by infusing botanicals into a neutral spirit? Well imagine doing that but instead using fine Caribbean white rum as a base, then adding delicious spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and cassia as well as orange peel and some natural cane sugar to give you a botanically bolstered, perfectly spiced rum. The difference is clear to see. That's a play on the fact that it's a spiced rum, but it's also white. Which isn't common. Get it? This is very interesting stuff, people.
