70cl / 55.40% - From a secret distillery on the island of Orkney (on which there aren't many distilleries, to be honest) comes a 2005 vintage single malt Scotch whisky. It was bottled for the Cask Strength Collection by Signatory who lived up to the name by presenting this whisky at a cask strength 55.4% ABV in January 2023. That was after 17 years of maturation in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt.
