It's been called Alter Ego because although this English single malt hangs on to the core Wire Works character of previous releases, the distillers' choice to opt for lengthier cut points and some first-fill bourbon casks means we're looking at bumped up fruit, sweet vanilla-scented pastries, and a touch more subtle peat.
