Mediterranean Gin by Leoube Gin
70cl / 41.50% - Chateaux Leoube make organic wine and olive oil in Provence, and this Mediterranean Gin makes very good use of that fact by using spirit made from leftover grape pomace, and then infusing it with olive pomace from oil production. The subtly savoury gin is also joined by botanicals such as bitter almond, sweet orange, rosemary, and fennel.
