70cl / 46.30% - The first whisky out of the exciting and modern InchDairnie distillery in Fife. The single grain Scotch whisky is made from 53% malted rye and 47% malted barley, which have been hammer milled to finely grind the grains, and then fermented using a rye-specific yeast to bring out the best of the rye flavour. Matured in freshly charred American oak barrels, this is exciting stuff from this innovative producer.
