70cl / 50.50% - An astonishing release from Bushmills here, from the second edition of the annual Causeway Collection. This Irish single malt whiskey was matured for over 13 years in a combination of oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels, before going through over 15 years ageing in first-fill Madeira wine casks. Just 738 bottles were released at a cask strength 50.2% ABV without chill filtration or artificial colouring.
