Under the expert leadership of master distiller Billy Walker and his cask management programme, some splendid single cask expressions have been uncovered. This single malt, distilled in 2010, spent a dozen years resting in an oloroso sherry puncheon, yielding a total of 719 cask-strength bottles, without added colour or chill filtration.
