70cl / 57.70% - It's always exciting to see a sherried single malt released from GlenAllachie, there have been some stunners to behold under the wood management programme run by master distiller Billy Walker. This one is no exception, distilled in 2008 and matured for 13 years in a single Pedro Ximenez hogshead, bottled up at cask strength, without added colour or chill filtration. A release of 350 bottles.
