70cl / 57.60% - After distillation in 2017, this single malt from Spirit of Yorkshire distillery matured in a first fill bourbon hogshead and then re-racked into a Pedro Ximenez cask. After this, the English whisky was bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd for it's spring 2023 release with an outturn of 356 bottles, naturally coloured and without chill filtration.
