3cl / 54.50% - A marvellous Jamaican rum from Worthy Park, copper pot distilled from estate-grown sugar cane molasses. The rum spends a short stay in American oak and ex-bourbon casks, before blending and bottling on site. Brimming with plenty of tropical fruit notes, with classicly bold Jamaican esters, and bottled up at a hearty 54.5% this is an ideal expression to have handy for adding some extra body to your cocktails.
