70cl / 0.00% - A full-strength blend of Caribbean rums (Jamaica and Martinique) has been de-alcoholised here by using supercritical CO2 extraction, in which carbon dioxide extracts the alcohol. This is done at a low temperature to preserve as much of the natural profile of the rum as possible, which is bolstered by vanilla from the Sava region of Madagascar, Indonesian nutmeg, and baked apple.
