70cl / 46.00% - The highly anticipated fourth and final installment of annual releases from Lochlea distillery, inspired by the different seasons at the farm. Ploughing Edition (First Crop) is Lochlea's winter release, a time when the soil is turned in preparation for the next barley sowing. It's also the first single malt from the distillery with a smoky profile. This whisky has been matured in a combination of ex-Islay whisky barrels and peated quarter casks, bringing an additional cosy layer of smoke to the fruit and cereal character at its core.
