Lagg Inaugural Release Batch 3 Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 50.00% - The third and final release in the series of inaugural whiskies from the young Lagg Distillery on the Isle of Arran. As with Batch 1 and 2, Batch 3 is double distilled from 50ppm peated Concerto malted barley. Batch 3 was matured in first-fill bourbon casks for two and a half years, before finishing in custom made rioja red wine Firkin casks for six months. Bottled at 50% ABV, without added colour or chill filtration, layers of red fruit join the earthy peat at the core of this single malt.
