70cl / 45.20% - This single malt from indie bottlers Alistair Walker was distilled somewhere in the Speyside region in 1992, at an undisclosed distillery. It matured in a virgin oak barrel for a generous 30 years before being bottled as part of the Infrequent Flyers Collection. Just 276 bottles were produced, non-chill filtered and with natural colour. This is a well-aged whisky that ought to go down a treat with fans of the Speyside style.
