Column distilled in 2011, this one initially matured in bourbon casks, and was treated to a finish in former Chateauneuf-du-Pape wine casks before bottling in 2021. Plenty of tannic oak and rich vinous fruit notes to be found among the molasses, caramel, and spice in this one.
