Trinity English Garden Gin - Autumn Gin
50cl / 46.00% - A collaboration between Green Room and London's Michelin-Starred restaurant Trinity, it's another seasonal release from the distillery this one celebrating autumn. As such, it packs in fig leaves (known for creamy, grassy notes), blackcurrant leaves, and rosehips alongside tart crab apples. Serve it with tonic and a slice of fresh apple to bring out those seasonal flavours.
