Drawn from a vatting of casks that were laid down in 1994, the whisky finished its 23-year maturation in a first-fill bourbon barrel from Kentucky. Independently bottled up by That Boutique-y Whisky Company, the label features a historic encounter between its brand ambassador Dave Worthington and the Whisky Gods, bestowing him with special powers, and a mystical banjo-like instrument called the Banjonir.Batch 12 is a release of 399 bottles.That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles limited edition whiskies from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
