Good thing we have a recipe.Try mixing up a Maratini with this delicious recipe below.60ml Brockmans Gin60ml Pink grapefruit juice30ml Maraschino liqueur7.5ml Lemon juice7.5ml Sugar syrupAdd all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, and give it a good shake. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Flambe* a strip of pink grapefruit peel over the glass and wipe the peel around the rim. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit or peg of citrus peel and enjoy.*Hold a lit match a few inches above the glass. From a couple of inches away, squeeze the grapefruit peel towards the flame.
