Tres Tribus Tobala Joven Mezcal
70cl / 44.00% - Tres Tribus makes this mezcal with only wild Tobala agave that's between six and eight years old. It's cooked in the traditional manner, with oak chips to impart smokiness, and is ground by hand with a wooden mallet. Next, it is fermented in wooden vats with wild yeast and water from the San Pedro Tidaa spring, before being double distilled in copper stills.
