Following a mash bill of 80% rye and 20% malt (15% barley and 5% rye malt), grains are sourced from local farms and fermented slow and low for an aromatic, complex character. This six-year-old rye whiskey joins the USA Series from That Boutique-y Whisky Company, bottled at a hearty cask strength of 64% ABV.Batch 1 is a release of 289 bottles.That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles limited edition whiskies from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
