70cl / 50.00% - It's the 12th Edition in Kilchoman's 100% Islay series, and still going strong. This release was distilled from Kilchoman's 2011, 2012, and 2013 barley harvests (grown exclusively on Islay on a single farm), before the spirit was matured in 19 bourbon barrels and six oloroso sherry butts for at least eight years. It's a smoky, fruity, floral delight, and superbly well-balanced.
